Return and Cancellation Policy for Custom and Premade Apparel:
At Samsel & Dwinal Designs, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Custom Apparel
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom apparel unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to custom order's materials being purchased ahead of time, there is a 50% fee for cancelations or changes to the order.

Premade Apparel
For premade items, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
